Directed Gravity is a new idea in physics
This theory could provide the answer to the question: "What exactly is dark matter?"
This theory could provide the answer to the question: "What exactly is dark matter?"
This site is about a new idea in physics called "Directed Gravity." I introduced the concept in a paper which you can access at this site. The basic idea is that the gravitational force should undergo relativistic beaming in the same way as light. As a practical matter, we should expect to see directed gravity from compact objects such as black holes and neutron stars that are rotating relativistically.
The effect of directed gravity will be additional gravitational flux beamed into the equatorial plane of the compact object. Also, gravitation will be beamed away from the poles of the compact object, decreasing the gravitational flux at the poles.
Directed gravity may be the key to understanding the problem of missing mass in the universe. If you want to learn more about this theory, you may download my paper, "Relativistic Beaming of Gravity and the Missing Mass Problem."
